FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I place an order?

We take orders solely through the forms on our website. These forms can be found on our menu - each type of treat has its own dedicated order form.

 

Please fill out the form(s) that correspond to your desired treats, and you will receive a response within 24-48 hours confirming your order. At that point, a deposit will be required to secure the booking.

A minimum of two weeks notice is preferred. Orders requested within two weeks of the event date may incur a rush fee.

How do I pay for my treats?

All treats can be paid for via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date on our calendar, with the remaining balance due at the time of delivery.

Do you cater to intolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately, we cannot cater to specific food allergies, nor can we guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination in the kitchen.

As far as intolerances go, Sarah's Sweets can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free options for certain treats. Please inquire via email for more information!

How will I get my sweets?

Sarah's Sweets customers can schedule a pick up time to retrieve their treats at either of our baking headquarters - Long Island City (11103) or Long Island (11040). Sarah's Sweets can also deliver treats upon request, delivery fees may apply. At this time, Sarah's Sweets does not ship.

How will my sweets be packaged?

Treats are packaged in cardboard bakery boxes. If you'd prefer things like individual cupcake boxes, specialty cake boards, or individual cellophane bags, Sarah's Sweets can accommodate those requests, however additional fees apply.
