Sarah's Sweets is an online bakery & treat service based in Long Island & Long Island City, NY, dedicated to creating elegant, innovative, and delicious desserts for any and every occasion.

Sarah Fernandez, the owner and head baker of Sarah's Sweets, is a professional actor who is best known for her time as the Elphaba u/s on the North American tour of Wicked. Alongside her passion for performance, Sarah always loved to bake as a child and was incredibly inspired by the women in her life that effortlessly created the most incredible sweet treats. She still fondly looks back on these memories - baking Italian cakes and cookies with her Nonna, enjoying authentic Cuban churros with her grandma, and helping frost cupcakes and cakes for every special occasion with her mom. As she grew up she continued to bake whenever given the chance and realized that she loved decorating cookies just as much as she loved singing high notes. She dreamed of one day opening her own bakery and is thrilled that it's now a reality.​

 

Sarah's Sweets are handmade to order and designed to fit every and any occasion. With Sarah's unique perspective of both show business sparkle and simple family flavors, each meticulously crafted treat is sure to look just as good as it tastes, and bring a smile to the faces of those you love.
